The Rotalux HD is a limited edition softbox using the same durable fabrics found in the Elinchrom Litemotiv series. These materials have improved tear resistance to ensure the longevity of your softbox, and offer more even light distribution and more light output, to get the most out of your flash head.

Heat Resistant up to 650w, Plus Heat Venting.

Although larger in size than the Rotalux range, Rotalux HD Strip 50x150cm is lightweight (just 1.4kg including EL speedring) They also offer better heat-resistance, meaning that hot lamps up to 650w can be used with Rotalux HD. The assembled Rotalux HD softbox offers 4 flaps around the speedring, which can be opened to vent heat*. This opening can also be used to shoot through the softbox, or to gain easy access to the rotating speedring. *Note: In order to achieve the heat venting capability, the Rotalux HD Softboxes do not offer the same easy fold up and fold down assembly of the classic Rotalux range.
