With rollers to guide the film, you can move it through the holders smoothly while keeping a steady hand position. This allows for faster scanning with greater confidence.
The rollers enable precise and consistent framing adjustments, ensuring uniform film positioning. This consistency allows batch cropping of scans to the film area, saving several minutes per roll in post-processing.
The easy120 Advancer features a smart groove system on its axles, allowing it to be adjusted for all roll film formats—from 120 film down to Minox film—provided the appropriate holders are available. Simply slide the rubber rollers sideways along the smooth steel axle to adjust.
The easy120 Advancer attaches securely to the side of the easy120 main unit using the two included thumb screws.
Its frame is built from thick aluminium with precision-moulded plastic parts for durability and low friction. The axles are made of steel and secured by aluminium knobs, while the rollers are crafted from a soft yet durable industrial-grade rubber.
The result is a stable and robust device that can be easily attached or removed.
