Special 1-Day Weekend Rate

To enable you to get the best value from your rental, we provide special weekend rates. Rent up to 3 days for a weekend job, or just to try something new, and pay for only one day!

  1. Friday all day to Monday before 10 AM is charged at just 1 day
  2. Thursday PM to Monday before 10 AM is charged at 1.5 days
  3. Friday PM to Tuesday before 10 AM is charged at 1.5 days

Unrivalled Technical Support

Renting something for the first time? Having trouble getting to grips with a product feature? We are always happy to provide demonstration and hands-on training of our gear in-store prior to rental. Once the gear is in your hands, we’re also happy to provide unlimited technical support (as long as we’re open) over the phone to help you overcome any technical issues on location.

Rent Longer, Save More!

All our rental products have a “day rate,” but the longer you rent, the more you save. After three days, our rates become more cost-effective. For instance, our week rate lets you rent for 7 days but pay for just 3.5, or rent for 28 days and pay for only 10! Check our rental period multiplier table below for details.

No Transit Day Charges

We believe you should only pay for the time you use the rental equipment, so we don’t charge for transit days. We aim to deliver your rental the day before the rental period starts, giving you time to check the kit, try it out, and ask any questions, all at no extra cost.

No Hidden Fees

At TFC we don’t believe in hidden fees. All our rental prices are quoted ex. VAT and are not subject to an additional insurance fee. All our cameras come equipped with two batteries and a memory card, and all our lighting kits have everything you need to get shooting straight out of the box. If you’re having your goods shipped and collected, we will always pre-agree your transit pricing to ensure you know exactly what you're paying in advance.

Same Day Delivery Service for Local Customers

If you’re based in London, Leeds or Birmingham, chances are you’re eligible for our same day service. If you’ve got a last-minute job, or need a solution in an emergency, TFC is here to save the day!

Try Before You Buy Promotion

Thinking of purchasing something but want to try it out first? With our Try Before You Buy promotion, you’ll receive half your rental fees back if you go on to purchase the item within 30 days. Why not use our rental service to ensure you’re getting the right product for you, without breaking the bank first? All our rental products are included in our exclusive ‘Try Before You Buy’ promotion. To qualify for this discount, all you have to do is purchase the item within 30 days of your rental, and we’ll give you half of your rental fees off the purchase price of your new item. Rented the item more than once? No problem, we take into account your previous 1 month’s rentals when we calculate the discount. That should give you plenty of time to decide if the kit is right for you.

If there’s something you want to rent, that we don’t already offer we're always willing to consider additional items for our rental stock and often put items in at the special request of our customers. Alternatively, if we have a demonstration unit of the item required, we may make special arrangements to rent this item to you
