To successfully claim warranty coverage:
- The product’s serial number must match the original purchase record.
- You must provide the serial number upon request during a warranty claim.
- You are responsible for accurately recording and safely retaining your serial number at the time of purchase.
If you need assistance finding your serial number, please contact our customer support team before making a claim. Products missing serial numbers, having illegible or mismatched serial numbers will be considered out of warranty and handled under standard repair or return policies.
