Westcott products are built to deliver dependable performance and long-lasting value for photographers, filmmakers and content creators. You can buy with confidence knowing that Westcott products come with a 12-month warranty when purchased from an official UK reseller such as TFC.
Westcott products will be repaired or replaced at Westcott's discretion if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not apply to faults arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, improper installation, improper handling, improper maintenance, product alteration, or use with incompatible or faulty equipment.

Conditions of Warranty:
- For all warranty claims, proof of purchase or invoice is required.
- A warranty is available only on faulty Westcott goods purchased from TFC. For Westcott goods purchased elsewhere, please contact the vendor for more information.
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and remains valid for the duration of the warranty period while they own the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to TFC. Shipping overseas, international duties and taxes are not covered under the warranty.
General Warranty Information
Repairs and replacements
- Westcott will, at its discretion, repair or replace products that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship within the 12-month warranty period.
- If the product is no longer manufactured or is unavailable, Westcott may replace it with a similar or equivalent product.
- If a product is returned within the first 30 days of purchase, a new replacement unit may be supplied. Replacement units provided after the first 30 days may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic condition.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear.
- Used second hand, ex-display or refurbished Westcott goods.
- Products that have been misused, neglected, overloaded, improperly installed, improperly operated, improperly cleaned, improperly handled or improperly maintained.
- Products damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, product alteration, improper application, or use with incompatible or faulty equipment.
- Products that have been opened, dismantled, repaired or modified by anyone not authorised by Westcott.
- Consumable items and accessories, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- Third-party products that do not carry the Westcott brand name, even if sold alongside Westcott products.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit that are reported more than 15 days after receipt of goods.
