Adox Adonal Black and White Developer

Adonal is formulated to match Rodinal and serves as an acutance-enhancing film developer. It provides similar results, with the added benefit of offering finer grain while still boosting sharpness and acutance.

This developer is a one-shot solution and cannot be reused. However, it can be an economical choice by diluting it at 1+25 or 1+50 for most films. For specialised films, you can even dilute it as far as 1+200.

We recommend that when using high dilutions and small developing tanks, you apply at least 5 ml of the concentrated developer per roll of 35mm or 120 film. For sheet films, use 5 ml of concentrate for every four sheets of 4x5 or one sheet of 8x10.
