The Godox MS200V is a highly compact studio strobe light suitable for both professional and amateur photographers, perfect for beginner home studios. This small studio strobe includes everything needed to start with studio flash photography, featuring quick recycling times and a 6-stop power range. It has a built-in 2.4GHz flash receiver, making it compatible with any flash triggers in the Godox X-System. This allows for mixing with other Flash and Speedlite models in the PGodox range. The MS200V is ideal for home studios, schools, and portrait or pet photography.

Ultra-Compact Size

Measuring only 12.6 x 16.7 x 28.3 cm (including the lamp cover), the MS200V Studio Strobe is a very compact mains-powered studio strobe flash. It is ideal for portability and for photographers working in small spaces.

10W LED Modelling Lamp

The MS200V Studio Strobe Light features a 10W LED modelling lamp. This helps you see how your lighting will look before taking the picture. The LED lamp runs much cooler than a halogen lamp, making it safe for use in enclosed modifiers like snoots and fresnel lenses.

Short Recycling Times

The MS200V has recycle times of up to 1.8 seconds at full power, allowing you to shoot more frequently and not miss key moments. It also has an audible flash-ready tone, notifying you when the unit is ready for the next flash (which can be switched off if not needed).

Large Back-Lit Display

The MS200V Studio Strobe Light has a large, user-friendly back-lit digital display, making it easy to see and adjust settings even in darker environments.

6-Stop Power Range

The Godox MS200V offers a 6-stop power range (1/1 – 1/32 power), adjustable in 1/10-stop increments. It also includes a 10W LED modelling lamp that can be dimmed from 100% to 5% brightness.

Anti-Pre-Flash Function

The intelligent slave cell (pre-flash detector system) can ignore a pre-flash, allowing the MS200V to be used with other speedlights or TTL strobes.

Built-In 2.4GHz Flash Receiver

The MS200V has a built-in 2.4GHz flash receiver, compatible with Godox X-System triggers like X1, X2, XPro, XProII, and XT-16. This lets you control the flash head power, turn the modelling lamp on/off, and trigger the flash. It also works with PiXAPRO ST-III, ST-III+, ST-IV, ST-IV+, or Pro AC 2.4GHz flash triggers.

Bowens S-Type Fitting

The MS200V uses the popular Bowens S-Type bayonet fitting, making it compatible with a variety of light modifiers such as beauty dishes, softboxes, and reflectors.
