Negative Supply 35mm Full Border Cassette
The Negative Supply 35mm Full Border Cassette is designed to let you capture the complete look of your 35mm film, including sprockets, edge markings, and full frame borders. It replaces the standard cassette in compatible carriers, allowing you to scan your negatives exactly as they appear on the strip, with added control over framing and alignment.
System Compatibility Notes
This cassette is designed for use with the Negative Supply Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2, Pro Film Carrier 35, and Pro Film Carrier 35 MK2. It swaps directly in place of the standard cassette, making it easy to switch between standard scans and full border scans depending on your workflow. It forms part of a wider Negative Supply scanning setup, typically used alongside a compatible light source and camera scanning system.
Why We Like It
Full border scans have become increasingly popular, and for good reason. They show more of the story, from film stock markings to sprockets and frame numbers, adding character and context to your images. This cassette makes that process straightforward while still maintaining good film control. The ability to adjust the width spacing is particularly useful, helping reduce drift and keep your frames aligned more consistently across a roll. It is a simple upgrade that gives you much more creative flexibility in how your scans look.
