Designed for Fast Switching Between Lights

The Switch system is built around the idea of speed and flexibility. Rather than committing a softbox to a single lighting mount, this insert lets you swap between compatible flash heads in seconds. It is especially useful for photographers who work with different lighting kits or upgrade their strobes over time, as the modifier remains the same while the insert changes.

Strong, Reliable Build

Made from all-metal components, the Bowens S-mount insert is designed to handle regular use in both studio and location environments. Once locked in place, it provides a solid connection between the light and modifier, helping to maintain consistent positioning and dependable performance during a shoot.
