If you’re looking to connect with like-minded photographers and capture the vibrant streets of Birmingham, join TFC's Carlie and Anja for a female-only photowalk. This event is designed to bring photographers together, celebrate creativity, and foster a supportive community.
Spaces are limited to just 10 participants to ensure everyone gets plenty of time to learn from our team, ask questions, and focus on capturing great photos at a relaxed pace.
We hope to make this the first of many female focussed events, so we'd love to see you there!

Female Only Photowalk with Anja and Carlie
This four-hour photowalk will take you through Birmingham’s striking architectural landmarks, with plenty of time to capture unique images, ask questions, and engage with fellow photographers. The walk will end at a cozy coffee shop, where you can continue networking and sharing ideas.
Why female-only? In the UK, a significant percentage of photography students are women, yet only around 15% go on to work professionally. We want to help change that by providing a welcoming space for female photographers to connect, learn, and feel supported in the industry.
Carlie and Anja will be joined by a representative from SheClicks, a community for female photographers, who will help guide the event.
We’ll also have demo equipment available to try out, including the Shimoda Women’s Collection backpack and SpiderHolster Handstrap & Holster, plus a few extra surprises!
