Godox AD400Pro TTL Witstro Flash Head

The Godox Witstro AD400Pro is a groundbreaking battery-powered TTL studio flash, equipped with a self-contained rechargeable battery. This high-speed stroboscopic flash ensures swift TTL auto-exposure, promptly delivering the ideal exposure. Employing Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) technology, it achieves fast flash durations and fast recycle times, facilitating effortless capture of dynamic moments like dancing, jumping, and water splashes. With a built-in receiver and diverse modes from HSS to Multi-Burst, it caters to wedding, portrait, event, fashion, sports, and advertising photography. Its portability makes it especially suitable for on-location shoots.

Key Features:

  • 2.4GHz Radio transceiver system for comprehensive TTL metering
  • Comaptible with the Godox X system.
  • Stable Colour Mode for precise colour temperature at 5600˚K ±75˚K.
  • IGBT technology for ultra-short flash durations, ideal for freezing motion.
  • High Speed Sync mode up to 1/8000th.
  • 400Ws flash with impressive guide number of GN71 (at ISO 100 with standard reflector).
  • User-friendly large dot matrix LCD display.
  • Robust 30W LED modelling lamp with proportional, variable, and synced control.
  • 390 full power flashes from a single charge.
  • Ultra-short recycle times between 0.01–1 seconds.

9 Stop Range In 1/10 Stop Increments

At 400Ws, the AD400Pro TTL Studio Flash allows power adjustments down to 1/256 in 1/10 stop increments. This flexibility is perfect for achieving a shallow depth-of-field with a wide aperture, making it easy to shoot subjects of varying sizes.

Delivering Crisp Images with Super Short Flash Durations

The AD400Pro, employing IGBT technology, achieves flash durations as short as 1/10,000 of a second. This feature ensures sharper images, making it ideal for capturing fast-moving subjects such as dancing, sports, and water splashes.

Speedy Recycling Times

With recycle times as short as 0.01-0.9s, the AD400 Pro eliminates long waits between shots, ensuring crucial moments are captured promptly and reducing overall production time.

Consistent Colour Quality

Featuring a high quality flash tube, the AD400Pro TTL strobe maintains colour consistency at 5600K ±75K.

High-Speed Sync Mode

High-Speed Sync mode allows synchronisation at shutter speeds up to 1/8000 of a second. This feature enables overpowering the sun outdoors, reducing ambient light for desired shots.

Stroboscopic Multi-Flash Mode

The Stroboscopic flash feature triggers multiple low-powered flashes in rapid succession, adjustable between 2 and 100 flashes at frequencies from 1 to 100Hz. Paired with a slow shutter speed, it captures sequences of a moving subject in one exposure.

Effortless Shooting with TTL

The incorporated TTL functionality automatically achieves correct exposure, making the AD400Pro ideal for those shooting in changing outdoor conditions. Compatible with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Fujifilm, or Pentax’s camera systems, the AD400Pro will seamlessly integrates into your setup.

Rear-Curtain Sync Mode

Supporting front and rear curtain sync, the Godox AD400Pro TTL enables captivating motion trail effects.

Battery Performance

The AD400PRO400 features an Intelligent 21.6V / 2600mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack, providing approximately 390 full-powered shots per charge. The fast recharge time ensures consistent power throughout a shoot without relying on mains power.

USB Type-C Port for Firmware Updates

Equipped with a USB Type-C port, the AD400Pro allows firmware updates for future technological advancements.

AC Adapter Availability

The AD400Pro AC Adapter (sold separately) facilitates studio use with mains power, shortening recycling times for enhanced efficiency.

Built-In 2.4 GHz Receiver

Control the AD400Pro TTL Studio Flash with full TTL, HSS, and remote manual power using Godox XPro, X1, and X2 transmitters.
